Pie of the Month

Each month I will feature a pie as the Pie of the Month. Usually I try to bake something that corresponds with the season. And usually it tends to be toward the end of the month because I hardly know what day it is and it sneaks up on me. Let me know if you try them out and if you have any favorites you'd like to share with us.
